By accessing or using the Ètò eCallUp System provided by Trucks Transit Parks Ltd (TTP), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the service.
The Ètò eCallUp System is a digital platform developed by TTP for scheduling and managing access to designated ports and parks across Nigeria. It facilitates truck movement, identity verification, park management, and terminal coordination, among other functions.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter into binding agreements to use this system. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
As a user of the Ètò system, you agree to:
TTP strives to ensure the system is operational 24/7, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. TTP will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such interruptions.
All content, software, trademarks, and other intellectual property related to the Ètò system remain the exclusive property of TTP. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the system without TTP’s prior written consent.
Your use of the system is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
TTP reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Ètò system at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate, with or without notice.
TTP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Ètò system, including but not limited to data loss, delays, or business interruptions.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TTP, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of your use of the Ètò system or your violation of these Terms.
TTP reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the system after changes are posted implies acceptance of the revised terms. You are advised to review the Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
